Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can review your claim.
Lost Packages
If a package is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
